It’s just one cauliflower… right Feedback?

I got this news update today from the team at Feedback and leave it here in its entirety. It has nothing directly to do with pigs or pork but it’s a theme I return to regularly and their ethos speaks to the same areas as that of people like Dan Barber from WasteED. At the end of the day, a cauliflower is…. just a cauliflower. Of course it shouldn’t be wasted, but it’s not the end of the world.
