The shot is taken from a new arrival, “My Shanghai: Recipes and Stories from a City on the Water” by Betty Liu  on “morning pork bao” 鲜肉包 or xiān ròu bāo. I particularly enjoyed her description of the early morning food sellers, one of who was cooking these fresh to order.
